Guided Somatic Self-Exploration
1:1 Guided Somatic Individuation Sessions
Somatic depth and parts-based self-exploration sessions support clients in developing awareness of internal parts, emotional patterns, and bodily responses as they arise in the present moment.
These sessions are experiential and body-centered, emphasizing curiosity, pacing, and choice. Clients learn to track sensation, emotion, impulse, and meaning, allowing insight to emerge organically through lived experience rather than analysis alone. Attention is given to building capacity—staying connected to oneself without overwhelm or disconnection.
This work supports integration by helping clients recognize how different parts of themselves organize around safety, connection, and survival, and how these patterns live in the body. Over time, clients develop a more compassionate, embodied relationship with their inner world.
Preparation & Integration Sessions
Some experiences—whether catalyzed by dreams, breath work, or plant medicines—open powerful windows of neuro-plasticity. These states can bring insight, emotional release, and deep shifts in perception. Without preparation and integration, however, their potential often remains fragmented or overwhelming.
These sessions are designed to help you prepare for and integrate non-ordinary states of consciousness in a way that is embodied, relational, and sustainable.
